If your order arrives damaged, leaked, spoiled, or you’re sent the wrong product, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once verified, you may choose a refund or replacement.
2. Eligibility for Refund

- Missing items
- Expired products
Refunds are not applicable for:

- Items damaged due to misuse
- Change of mind orders (for hygiene reasons)
