1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Items are missing
  • A product is expired on arrival

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Change-of-mind orders
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Replacements

If stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.


6. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are refundable only if the entire order is incorrect or damaged.
